Hey, Life Happens!  We get that!  Need a couple months off? We offer you the option to FREEZE your membership for a period of up to 3 months, per calendar year.  This locks in your price of membership, and allows you time off without having to cancel. PRINT THIS FORM, sign it and email it to: contact@thefitbox.club and your 30 day notice will be summitted.

MUST have resume month on form!

Freezes MAY NOT BE SUBMITTED through, Text, Voicemail, Social Media or Messages.  Submissions must be either e-mailed or submitted in person.
