CANCELLATION POLICY

For cancellation of memberships, we simply require a 30 day notice. Forms conveniently located at our front desk, available to you at any time.  (You have keys, you don't even need to wait for us to be there:) OR PRINT THIS FORM, sign it and email it to: contact@thefitbox.club and your 30 day notice will be summitted

Cancellations MAY NOT BE SUBMITTED through, Text, Voicemail, Social Media or Messages.  Submissions must be either e-mailed or submitted in person.
