The BIG "C"!

And by that I mean COFFEE! For most of us, Coffee is a need more than a want; and half the time it is both. But little do we know, there are more GOOD facts than bad ones. The unfortunate thing about coffee drinking is that about 90% of the time it is in tune with bad things like smoking, heavy drinking and eating red meat. Now just think about what the possibilities are for your body if you just drank coffee and none of the other stuff.
